RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you receive anything you are unhappy with for any reason, we’ll help you with an exchange or refund if within 14 days from purchase. Before you return your items, make sure they are:

in the same condition they were when you received them;

not worn, washed or altered, have their original swing tags and are still in their original packaging.
You can make your return or exchange in person with our UCOMMS members on the University of Canberra campus. UCOMMS will not accept returns or exchanges on worn or damaged items. Items must be in a saleable condition.
Please ensure you bring an acceptable proof of purchase for your items. This can be the original receipt, invoice that came with your online order, your Afterpay app with the Afterpay Order ID number or a bank statement.
Membership policy
Our UCOMMS membership is non-refundable. Your membership is active from the date of purchase until the end of your selected semester.
E.g. A membership purchased in Week 3 of Semester 1 is valid until the end of Semester 1. A membership purchased in Week 10 of Semester 1 is also only valid until the end of Semester 1.
