We want graphic designers that will create funky, unique content throughout the entirety of the project, including social media, posters, and branding. The graphic designer will work closely with the social media coordinator(s), other graphic designers, and the presidents for collaborative ideation and marketing direction. This role requires a part-time commitment, but this depends on your personal working pace. The work load will move quite quickly with tight turnarounds. They will head ticket sales analytics - keeping track of sales, updating the committee on where we are and how far we need to go to make ends meet. You will need to provide your analysis on reasons for lack of sales and cash flow. The person will work closely with other members and the faculty. You are required to attend each meeting. Social Media Coordinator
You will be in charge of managing the social media accounts (primarily FaceBook and Instagram). You will be required to make scheduled posts and write captions; utilising hashtags, geo tags and any other tactics they see fit. You will be required to do a data analysis on the social pages traffic and interaction. The social media accounts need to be POPPIN’ so that people are keen to come. The social media coordinator(s) will work alongside the presidents and the graphic designer to come up with ideas for what will look good on the grid. You will be required to attend each meeting and actively participate in meetings. This position will require part-time commitment as it is one of our bigger roles.

You will most likely only work the main night and attend one or two meetings. This role is causal and suitable for anyone studying a full-time load. As the event stylist you will be the coordinator of decorations for the event. If you have an artistic eye, a few dozen Pinterest boards then this role may be for you! If you have previous experience in this role please bring these photos along to your interview. You will mainly liaise with the treasurer, but are required to also attend a few meetings here and there. This position is suitable for someone who is studying full-time, you will be working on a casual basis. You will gain work experience for your CV as an event stylist.

This role requires you to be the respondent to emails, writer of meeting minutes, balloon shopper, and general assistant. This role will be on a weekly basis and can fit around a full-time university load. Your jobs will consist of working with our team to help generate ideas, spending time interacting with potential customers, and spreading the word on social media and campus .
