This role is responsible for assistance in the effective implementation of digital strategies and maintaining online content for Carers Australia. This role is also responsible for direct support to the Young Carer Bursary Program, through supporting young carers in their application process for bursary payments.

Position Responsibilities
With oversight from National Director, Digital and Communications:
-Develop integrated campaigns to deliver Carers Australia’s key strategic goals, including for
Young Carer Network. 

-Capture, analyse and utilise digital data to develop insights, optimise campaigns and inform
strategies.

-Assist with managing Carers Australia’s digital channels including the organisation’s website
and social media platforms.

-Monitor and optimise the user experience provided by Carers Australia’s digital channels
  and systems.

-Publish content and collateral, including videos, web content and printed collateral.

-Develop and maintain effective working relationships with agencies, contractors and
suppliers.

-Produce high quality and accurate written documents, operational statistics, reports, etc.
within specified timeframes.

-Participate in public relations activities in consultation with key stakeholders.

-Undertake other duties commensurate with skills, knowledge and experience.

Desirable skills:
• Experience in copy-edit and proofreading.
• Experience coordinating digital activities on behalf of an organisation.
